In consideration for being allowed to participate in our programs, you hereby release and hold harmless Spotlight Dance Legacy, its owners, instructors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, and injuries that may arise from participation in our classes, events, or activities.

This release of liability applies to any and all claims, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spotlight Dance Legacy, its owners, instructors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your participation in our programs.

PAYMENT POLICY

At Spotlight Dance Legacy, we strive to provide high-quality dance education and performance opportunities to all of our students. In order to maintain the quality of our programs and services, we require timely payment of all fees and charges associated with participation in our programs. Please read the following payment policy carefully:

Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees are due at the time of registration and every month thereafter on due date decided by Spotlight Dance Legacy.
Payments can be made in-person or online via our secure payment portal.
Tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Payments

A late fee of $10 will be assessed for payments received after the due date.
Students with outstanding balances may not be allowed to participate in classes or performances until all fees are paid in full.

Withdrawal and Refunds

Students who wish to withdraw from our programs must provide notice to Spotlight Dance Legacy prior to the month they wish to withdraw.
Tuition and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could affect your ability to pay tuition and fees on time. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss your options.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES POLICY
